Why should I use the AAAsports Online Shop?
By using the AAA Online Shop, this means that the Coaches at both AAA Trampoline & DMT Club and AAA Cheerleading Club will no longer have to process fees during the session, enabling them to coach their sessions more effectively, as well as helping both Clubs avoid ever increasing Bank Charges.AAAsports believes that paying online will also prove to be the quickest and easiest method of payment for most people, and will be cheaper than paying in person!
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made either by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Bank Transfer or even via a PayPal account.
Is the AAAsports Online Shop safe and secure?
Yes, the AAAsports Online Shop is based on PayPal and all payment details are processed through their secure site.
Why is there a Handling Charge added to my bill?
The processing agent charges a fee for every transaction made through the AAAsports Online Shop.Rather than increase prices to accommodate this charge, there is a 5% fee added to all purchases instead to cover this charge, which is listed as a Handling Charge.
Why is there a Shipping Address in the Checkout?
This is to help us identify who the purchase is for.For example, if you are purchasing a Competition Entry for your child, please put your details in the Billing Address section, and put your child’s details into the Shipping Address section.
Will I still need to complete Consent Forms if I have paid online?
Unfortunately, all British Gymnastics Memberships and AAAsports Events will still require a Consent Form before taking part in the activity.These consent forms will be provided either at a session or sent through the post, and must be returned immediately or Members will not be able to attend the event.No refund will be given in this instance.
I have made a mistake with my order – what do I do?
It is usually possible to correct any mistakes if you contact us straight away.Incorrectly sized clothing can be exchanged provided it has not been worn, and Competition Entries can be altered if necessary provided the closing date has not passed.Please note, AAAsports does not issue refunds on Session Fees, Parties or Special Events, and cannot give refunds any Shipping Charges.
I want to book a AAAsports Birthday Party or a Special Event – what do I do?
Please complete the Special Event enquiry form on the website and one of our Coaches will contact you to discuss your requirements.
I don’t want to use the AAAsports Online Shop – can I still pay at sessions?
Yes, the Coaches of both Clubs will still accept payments for all items at all sessions and AAA Days Leaders can take payment on the day provided there are still spaces available. However, the price of all items will be always be cheaper when paying online than paying in person.
